I love mobile phones, and I often upgrade to the latest model. But I only really need it for a few applications. It must have good sound, be durable and have good Internet access! If it has a stylish design too, then all the better!

A stylish suit is the natural business outfit. But a suit should fit well and not flap around. Custom made with classic narrow lines is never wrong regardless of the fashion.
Gladly hand sewn seams for the lapels and two buttons. My absolute favourites are Tiger of Sweden and Hugo Boss, but a Canali is never wrong either.

Shirts are a man's most flexible garment, worn for business occasions, in leisure time at home and with friends out on the town, but also with jeans and chinos. No matter how you wear them, I feel that you should avoid button down shirts unless you want to be very casual. Rather a smart shirt with a spread collar or forward point as this is never wrong in my opinion. My favourite brands are J.Lindeberg, Hugo Boss, Eton and Tiger of Sweden.

Stylish sunglasses are a practical but also a symbolic accessory. They say a lot about the wearer. The coolest brands are sleek with frames and glass of good material, and where quality is important. It's always pleasing to give beautiful gifts, a scarf of quality is always an appreciated present for a lady. A beautiful, well-chosen gift signals a well thought out action in my opinion. How about a scarf from Beck-Söndergaard, Syster P, Burberry or Lexington?

A pair of nice trousers makes a man! They should be tight and stylish yet comfortable. It is important that they are roomy enough for an athlete's legs but they should still be able to be worn with and not conceal muscular legs. Try one of my favourites, such as Tiger jeans or Hugo Boss, or even Nudie, Gant and Sand who make good and fashionable jeans, chinos and other trousers.

No man can call himself well-dressed without a pair of stylish shoes. But what is stylish? When I play sports, functionality is everything, but when I dress for everyday and special occasions, it is important that I know I am wearing clothes that really are the best quality, and quality should also include the thing that makes me like a pair of shoes; the design. That is why I love shoes from Lloyd, Hugo Boss, Tiger of Sweden or Sand.

Drinking in moderation is not just a goal for me, but also a challenge at times, especially with so many good drinks available. Everything interests me from the superb wines of France, Italy, Australia and the US and even in a lesser way from China. Wine is not just a drink – it's a culture with thousands of years of history.

I spend a lot of time watching TV. Mostly sports, but I also watch films and nature programmes. Whatever it may be, I value image quality highly and once you've started watching TV in High Definition quality, it's hard to settle for anything less.

I love all ball sports including pool. When I and my friends are at my place, we often watch a few sports shows or maybe play a few games of pool. It's a nice way to spend an entire evening!

This is Mattias, he is one of my best friends. As a top-ranked tennis player, he was a good friend and sparring partner of Björn Borg – another legend from Sweden. Mattias and I like to meet up for sporting events but also out in the natural world. Mattias often accompanies me on my travels and shares my interests for the better things in life.

My female friends are happy to help me find the features that make my home inviting adding some warmth in the middle of all the male characteristics. Fine throws and cushions, put simply the interior fittings that you need in a stylish home. Over the years I have discovered my own favourites such as Lexington, Au Maison, Himla, Marimekko, Ittala and many more good examples of Nordic design.

The kitchen is my favourite place and where I keep my favourite utensils that make the job easier and more enjoyable. When I cook, it must be with good ingredients, and I love gaining inspiration from various cuisines. Mixing Nordic and Asian cuisines often produces sensational results!
